The hands are illuminated, and the white dial also features the Indiglo night light function and a date calendar at the three o'clock position. Large, white Arabic numerals with black outlines and full indexes allow for easy time-keeping in any situation. The strap is brown leather. The watch also features a metallic case and is water resistant to 165 feet (50 meters). The watch uses analog-quartz movement.

So I'm shopping for a new band and battery and hoping it doesn't cost as much as a whole new watch I love that its water-resistant since I am always near water. I guess that is what the could ""classic"" refers to. I did change the band to a metal band, easier to wash my hands all the time. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the second strap on the band broke about 3 months ago. It started losing time, too. .

Had this watch for over a year. The leather band is nice, not too thick and the watch face is not too big.
The indigo light is great for night time. Its still running, just not keeping the right time - running slow, which makes me sad because I love this watch.N.
She needs a easily-readable watch with Indiglo nightlite, a secondhand and date.
This watch perfectly fits the bill!

The watch was the perfect size for a woman, dial easily read and I did like how you could light it up. The second time that I put it on, I thought that it was broken. Shortly learned that the watch is not self winding. You have to wind it every day.

I really like the look of this watch, but I'm afraid it qualifies as a piece of crap. It stopped telling accurate time after about 6 months. New battery didn't help a bit.
